Driven by a love for music, JS Audio Solutions began 15 years ago with the goal of making a meaningful impact in the industry. Its founder, passionate about the field, wanted to build a business based on integrity and excellence, distinguishing it from purely profit-driven companies.
The company's first client came through existing professional connections, which reinforced the belief that " We're in the business of PEOPLE, not just products."
A decade later and now based in New Zealand, JS Audio Solutions continues to offer commercial and residential sound system installations while also specialising in large-scale systems engineering for live event tours in the Australasia/Oceania regions.
As the business grew, so did its partnerships.
A long-held ambition to collaborate with DirectOut Technologies was realised due to a shared commitment to excellence and a market gap in New Zealand.
A partnership with 1 SOUND also developed organically, driven by a mutual appreciation for their bespoke speaker solutions.

From fascination to profession
My journey into the world of sound began with a childhood fascination with speakers and a desire to understand how they worked. This early curiosity, combined with a deep love of music, set the stage for my career.
I pursued this passion formally, studying sound engineering. This foundational knowledge quickly led to my first professional roles as a sound system installer and a monitor engineer. These experiences gave me invaluable hands-on practice with the practical application of audio principles.
That's how I started my career as a systems engineer, a path I've been on for over two decades now.
What I love most about being a systems engineer is the challenge of tuning complex systems. I find immense satisfaction in the intricate process of making diverse components work together cohesively to create truly amazing and immersive audio experiences.
